GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 319791
Sometimes buttons can't be clicked until you mouse-out them first
Last modified: 2005-10-25 21:23:03 UTC
Please describe the problem: Example: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Nautilus 2. Choose list view 3. Select an item in the list view 4. Move your mouse pointer over any button, for example "up", one of the new folder buttons in Nautilus 2.12, or one of the zoom buttons. 5. Hit Ctrl+C or Ctrl+X as if to copy/cut the selected file to the clipboard. 6. Click the mouse Actual results: Button gains focus, but no click is activated. Expected results: Button gains focus and click is activated! Does this happen every time? Yes! Other information: There are other situations where this happens, I will report back when I can figure them out but it has been happening for years.
Do you use some kind of focus-follow-mouse / sloppy-focus?
