Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy

Click on "Nouveau..." ("New...")
File Comparison -> Any "Browse" button
select a file in the Gnome Open File dialog
Press "Validate" button
This freezes Meld. I have to kill it.

The only way is not to use the "Browse" buttons and enter the full file path
manually.

I have this message on console when I press the Validate button in the Open File
dialog:
