Please describe the problem:
Since Planner offers the possibility to enter how many working units I'm
working on a specific task, planner should not try to allocate one
ressource (aka person) with two tasks that require each 100% attention at the
same time but should delay one of the tasks until a ressource is available

Other information:
This is an old bug report remaining in the Debian BTS. 

It probably was fixed already but I'm hereby polling the upstream authors to
verify. If it's fixed, I will close the corresponding bugs in the Debian BTS.
