Description Raptor Ramjet 2005-10-09 10:26:23 UTC
When using Nautilus it is only possible to set permissions on items that are in
the currently viewed directory.

When setting permissions on a directory there should be a checkbox to say "set
permissions on this object and all its owned objects". When checked the object
and all the objects it owns should have their permissions set recursivley.

When using Gnome this can only be done from the command line in a terminal window.

Konquerror has this functionality, Windows explorer has this functionality, why
not Nautilus ?
