Description of the crash:
While setting up Evolution to use the Trio650, when I push the hotsync
button, the pilot application crashed.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Start Evolution
2. Start pilot setup
3. Press hotsync when asked

Expected Results:
pilot app should retrieve name and number from device

How often does this happen?
Every time.
