Please describe the problem:
I have a file with name "2005 - All The Right Reasons.zip"
After upload to ftp i cant do with this file nothing.
And file name is different than it is on the server.
Here is a picture about this. GFTP shows different filename than gnome-vfs-ftp

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create filename like this "2005 - Something"
2. Upload to FTP server
3. Take a look to filename on server
