Steps to reproduce:
1. open "Connect to remote server" dialog
2. fill fields: 
service type - windows share
server - some ip address
share - some share i.e pub
user name - your user
domain - your domain
name user for connection : in my case it was "pub at video"


3. Hit button connect and see crashed app. Just like on screen shot
