http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-4418.html should help you overcome this bug. I am changing the product to gpilotd, because, this has nothing to do with evolution or evolution conduits.
this is probably a pilot-link bug, not gpilotd. this bug will probably be fixed by pilot-link 0.12.0 when it is finally released, which I believe has support for prc/pdb segments > 64k.
