Please describe the problem:
When viewing a group in the Novell Address Book, it correctly detects that it is
read-only and locks down some widgets...but doesn't do everything as it should.

1) The scroll bar to look at all of the people in the group is disabled, but
should work.  There is no way to view the members of a group.  You can resize
the window and view a few more but on a big list you won't be able to see all of
the people.

2) Disable the checkbox widget "Hide Addresses when sending mail to this list".
 Read only sources shouldn't have active settings.

3) Disable the [Cancel] button, because you can't make changes with which you
would want to cancel.  Only [OK] should be lit.
