Description Martin Pitt 2005-09-27 10:11:46 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu 5.10

From http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16392:

---- snip ----
When I try to use the scroll wheel over the volume applet to increase the volume
it skips one level up and at the same time one level down. It works fine to
decrease the volume with the scroll wheel. I have tried with two different
mouses. Works as espected in totem and rythmbox.
---- snip ----

I confirmed this behavior.
