Description Eric Seifert 2005-09-25 21:48:30 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Using the e^x button in scientific mode returns the wrong value.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try doing e^5 it returns 537824
2. Then try selecting e from the constants menu and raise to 5th power,
it returns the correct value of 148.413158977
3. double check on calculator

Actual results:
e^5 = 537824 (which is incorrect)

Expected results:
e^5 = 148.413158977

Does this happen every time?
Yes, every time.

Actually, it appears that e itself is the wrong value. When I just put in e, and
hit enter, it says the value is 14?
