GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 316427
main menu fails to obey fitts' law on left-side vertical panel
Last modified: 2006-03-10 21:58:35 UTC
when possible, the "applications" menu should always hold a corner. currently on left-side vertical panels the menu is oriented in such a way that the 'system' menu is in the top-left of the screen. so it might be good to reverse the orientation of the text (but i sort of think it makes more sense for "down" to be inward) so it might be good to reverse the order of the menu items and possibly move the foot icon to the very end (top) *shrug*
Bug 319491 is the same bug, but with a clearer description ;-) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 319491 ***
