Description Krishnan R 2005-08-29 14:01:10 UTC
All meeting invitations should have a different icon (a meeting icon) for me to
distinguish between an appointment received and a mail received. In fact, the
theory need to be extended to tasks too. Today, I need to open the received
invitation mail to see the Accept, Decline...buttons to understand that I have
recieved a meeting invitation/appointment.

It is also better to change the font of the invitation summary or change it to
italics for better look and feel.

Other information:
Almost all the commercial email clients that I have used (GroupWise, Outlook,
notes) provide this. Evolution should have this.

confirming the bug.

Bumping version to a stable release.
Comment 3 Pierre Gaufillet 2008-06-10 09:54:24 UTC
This feature would be very nice, but not sufficient : a way to filter invitations through the advanced search form is also needed.

I missed several invitations due to that missing feature :-( ...

... and it would also be nice to be able to distinguish answers to your own invitations from the other mails.
