Install Gimp 2.2
Click on Gimp 2.2 Icon
Wait for extensions to load
The error pops up when the extension_script_fu extension tries to load.
click on cancel twice.

This occurs if a card reader is attached to the computer. Insert a card into the
reader and the error message will not appear.

Should be resolved as a duplicate, this has been reported dozens of times. 
Re-opening to give the proper resolution.
