Description Johann Glaser 2005-08-23 12:11:18 UTC
Please describe the problem:
The LDAP search uses the query (&(objectclass=person)(|(cn=...)(sn=...))). This
query requires the objectClass to be "person". Many institutions use different
objectClass values (at our university we have 'Staff', 'Student', ...) which are
not searchable with Evolution.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:
Evolution complains that no results where found.

Expected results:
Results found.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
The search criteria to only find persons is ok to avoid finding "rooms",
"hosts", ... or anything such. But please let the objectClass be configurable!
