I would love to see gimp run on windows so that the dialogs dont open up more 
clutter on the taskbar. The Gimp GUI should be all enclosed, like photoshop, 
if you open the layers dialog it doesnt add a new tab on the taskbar. Its 
irritating to minimise and maximise 4 or more different windows also.
