Last modified: 2005-08-21 06:40:45 UTC
Steps to reproduce: Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Open evolution 2. Switch to calendar or tasks view 3. Expected Results: Show calendar or tasks view and NOT crash How often does this happen? Everytime Stack trace: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/evolution' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1". Other information: Mail and Addressbook is working fine, but switching to calendar or tasks view causes an immediate crash with no further information on what went wrong. I also tried to disable various plugins (mostly groupwise and http calendar) with no luck, still same crash. After killing evo (evolution --force-shutdow) and trying to restart, it immediatly crashes on startup (as it tries to change the view to calendar probably). So only a start from commandline with evolution -c Mail helps to get evolution into usable state again. One online http calendar is configured.
This one might be related to some of the other reported crasher bugs (on startup or swtiching to calendar) 312965: just switching to calendar when using Exchange seems to cause strange crashes 312071: evolution crashed on start up.
