Version details: 1.6.4 & 1.6.5
Distribution/Version: YDL-4.0.1 [FC2 clone for PPC]

examples:
(1) start up epiphany
* File -> Print Setup  ==> dialog appears
* close dialog
* File -> Print Setup ==> *no* dialog appears

(2) start up epiphany
* select Bookmarks, 
slide mouse down menu to a folder named "Linux".
expect to see submenu. instead Bookmarks menu closes.

* select Bookmarks, 
slide mouse down menu to a folder named "Linux".
See submenu. can't select anything. Other menu picks are dead. Keyboard
shortcuts still work.

(3) start up epiphany
* select Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks
dialog appears. close dialog

* select Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks
dialog appears. close dialog

* select Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks
No dialog appears.  menus are dead. keyboard shortcuts still work
[ctrl+B brings up dialog]

I was hoping that the fix to gtk+ for bug #310270 would solve the problem.  I
retrofitted the patch for gtkfiledefaultchooser.c to gtk+-2.6.9. Didn't help

The problem it gtk+ 2.6.9 itself. Downgrade to 2.6.8.
