Description of the crash:
Crash when accepting an appointment sent from Outlook which has
documents attached, while using Exchange connector plugin.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Set up Evolution to connect to an Exchange account, but get mail
through POP
2. Send an appointment with attachments from Outlook to the Evolution
client
3. After retreiving mail, click the "Accept" button. 
4. Instant crash

Expected Results:
The appointment should be added to the Exchange calendar.

How often does this happen?
Every time I accept an appointment with attachments.
