Description Timo Aaltonen 2005-08-10 06:19:09 UTC
Please describe the problem:
gweather-applet does't update the status after the network has been disconnected
for whatever reason. It should have some low-resource way to poll the network
and update if a connection exists. Now it seems to "hang" when the applet
updates it's status without network. The status needs to be updated by hand.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start the applet with network
2. disconnect the machine from network and wait until it tries to update the status
3. reconnect to network

Actual results:
it gets "hung" on updating the status

Expected results:
it should update the status when network resumes

Does this happen every time?
yes
