Description of the crash:
I was just playing around with epiphany (best way to find bugs, right?),
and I went to edit ---> toolbar.  I was dragging buttons back and forth,
adjusting how they were displayed, and then, I added a new toolbar, and
dragged the up arrow onto it.  When I dragged it away, epiphany
crashed.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Create a new toolbar
2. Drag up arrow onto the new toolbar
3. Drag up arrow away

How often does this happen:
Every time

Backtrace was generated from '/opt/gnome2/bin/epiphany'
