Description Olivier Ripoll 2005-08-01 16:49:40 UTC
On windows, characters that cannot be accessed directly with the keyboard can be
obtained with some key combinations such as "ALT key followed by the number
0176" (for the degree sign "°"). The character map of windows provides examples
of such key combination. In GTK applications on windows (Gimp, Inkscape), this
functionality does not work. It would be a useful feature to have.
