Steps to reproduce:
1. Start GIMP
2. File > Open > Desktop
3. That's it. A window come up with the following message: "Pango-ERROR **.file
shape.c: line 75(pango_shape): assertion failed: (glypsh->num_glyphs >
0)aborting..."
