Go to launchpad.ubuntu.com.
Accept the certificate and bookmark the page.
Close Epiphany completely and restart it, now open the bookmarks editor.

Actual result: incorrect certificate dialog appears

Expected result: the dialog appears only when visiting the bookmarked site.

It's the favicon cache trying to download the icon.
