Description Raul Acevedo 2005-07-20 18:08:04 UTC
Version details: 2.10.0
Distribution/Version: Fedora Core 4

Nautilus should never show a new icon on the desktop, such as for a remove
volume I just mounted, on top of another icon. Yet this is happens all the
time; as I mount/unmount SMB shares, it doesn't take long before they will start
to appear on top of one another.

I realize an algorithm for icon placement can get hairy, but I'm just talking
about making sure that icons are not placed on top of one another.
