gst-launch videotestsrc ! video/x-raw-yuv,format=\(fourcc\)I420 ! xvimagesink

The image is of the right size, but it looks like the color bars are squished.
Like the U and V planes weren't totally filled or something, I'm ignorant. The
static area is fine though.

Works fine for me in 0.8 CVS. Does not work fine in 0.9. Attaching screenshot

This is a bug in liboil, replacing the oil_splat_u8_ns(x,y,z); by the (slower)
oil_splat_u8 (x, 1, y, z); makes it work perfectly well.
