Description Pierre Ossman 2005-07-15 22:11:29 UTC
I'd like to see the icon view being capable of presenting icons in the same way
as the corresponding Windows widget does in 'list' mode. The primary reason
being that I'd like to see nautilus organise its icons in this manner.

Since this is not filemanager specific it should probably be implemented as a
new feature in the widget so that other applications can benifit.

Related nautilus bug is bug 66768.

Nautilus does not use a GtkIconView, FWIW

I think this bug is related to bug 164897 :Implement something like
gtk_icon_view_set_rows()
