If you open the info side pane and right-click on the folder icon, you get a
weird one-item menu "Use default background" (plus, the item is disabled by
default on my setup). 

It would be nice to be able to access the popup menu for the opened folder
instead of that weird menu, or, in the meantime, just disable the menu.
