Please describe the problem:
This option should open a new tab in an existing gnome-terminal.

Instead of this, it opens a new window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a gnome-terminal
2. launch gnome-terminal --tab-with-profile=PROFILE

Actual results:
A new g-t opens

Expected results:
A new tab opens in the existing g-t

Does this happen every time?
yes
