Distribution/Version: 2000 Professional

Can't adquire from TWAIN scanner (PRIMAX 48000) in windows 2000.
When I try 'File->Adquire->TWAIN...' a new window pops up and I can selecte the
installed scanner. Then I clic the 'Select' button but nothing happens, except
the pop up window closes.

Yes, the TWAIN plug-in is known to be buggy but unless a Windows user sits down
and debugs the problem, this is not likely to change ever.
