This patch also contains the patches of Bug 309353 and Bug 309342. 

Furthermore it does the following
* File Chooser now works correctly and code is simplified. In the old version
you could open up multiple file open dialogs. Furthermore these dialogs never
were free
* Removes unused code
* Dialogs now get icons (better coded then in bug 309342 )
* Custom dialog works (same as bug 309353 )
* bonobo_init call removed. about-me is not using bonobo
* Remove some warnings
* .desktop file now has correct icon and also bugzilla component has been set
correctly
* Replaced printfs with g_print in e-image-chooser.c
* Remove garbage string from glade file
