GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 309006
Add extra volume control for system sounds
Last modified: 2009-01-30 12:02:42 UTC
It would be nice to have an extra volume control for system sounds in gnome-sound-properties, just as totem has. It is especially useful if you're listening to low music: you raise the volume control of your speakers, you're happy listening, and then a sound event wakes you up by halfly destroying the membranes of your speakers. Well, the gnome system sounds are simply too loud compared to my music files.
Thanks for your bug
