Crashes when trying to load

Distribution: Debian 3.1 Package: rhythmbox Severity: critical Version: GNOME2.10.0 0.8.8 Gnome-Distributor: Ubuntu Synopsis: Crashes when trying to load Bugzilla-Product: rhythmbox Bugzilla-Component: General Bugzilla-Version: 0.8.8 BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.10.0) Description: Description of the crash: I tried to load a winxpsp2 folder (c: ntfs partition) with different kinds of media to the rhythmbox library and it crashes while loading files, probably when trying to read certain media files. Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Right click on library in the side pane and click on "add location" 2. Enter path to NTFS winxp2-sp2 c: drive partition. "/mnt/C:/Documents and Settings/s/Shared/" 3. It starts loading filesthen crashes. (I think it crashes when reading particular files.) Expected Results: It should load all the songs onto the playlist. How often does this happen? Everytime I try to load the folder. Thanks for your bug. Could you run "rhythmbox -d" to figure what file causes the crash and get a backtrace with http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/hoary_dbgdebs/gst-plugins/gstreamer0.8-misc_0.8.8-1ubuntu4_i386.deb and http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/hoary_dbgdebs/rhythmbox/rhythmbox_0.8.8-7ubuntu5_i386.deb installed? This bug is a duplicate of #300036 but these information are useful to fix it *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 300036 ***
