Please describe the problem:
Sometimes the icons in a directory will be off the left side of the screen. It
happens seemingly random to certain directories, but is an annoying bug.

Steps to reproduce:
For me, it can be reproduced by browsing to the /home directory as well as a
number of others. If queried, I could find more.


Actual results:
The icons are move left about 100 pixels.

Expected results:
