There is no way to get e.g. a second devhelp window if you want to browse to
different parts of the documentation at the same time:

- Thre is no "new window" function
- There is no way to "open link in new window"
- when starting devhelp a second time it just does nothing

It would be very helpful if you could open a clean new window (as if you had
started the program anew) and open links into new windows (hey or even tabs). As
it is it is very cumbersome because you have to jump back and forth through your
history instead of being able to look at all the documentation you need at the
moment.
