Please describe the problem:
Hello,

I've configured on my desktop a Window share (smb), but I can't modify files of
the resource with gedit.

Gedit says "read only" and I can't modify it, I only can view it.

Kind regards.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to Window share
2. Try edit any file with gedit.
3. "Read only" message.


Actual results:
"Read only" message.


Expected results:
File modified sucessfully.

Does this happen every time?

gnome-vfs write is not supported in the current version of gedit for various
reasons (see #110191).

Support for it is under developement in the new_mdi cvs branch if you want to
test it, but beware that it is a developement branch and thus alpha quality.
