This proposed patch fixes a few small HIG issues with Aisleriot.

	* dialog.c (show_hint_dialog):  Remove dialog title and
	use bold for primary message string.
	
	* sol.c (make_title):  Change window title to match 
	HIG suggested format.

Thanks, I have just uploaded this to CVS. I have also gone one-step further with
the title and have changed it so it is just the game name. This removes any need
for make_title () at all.
