Fix broken links for untriaged bugs

The keyword 'bugsquad' doesn't exist anymore, but it could be replaced by 'ignore_triaged=1'. This patch fixes the table.

May I commit?

Well, the main problem is that this page is probably obsolete, since all the Bugsquad information lives in live.gnome.org . possibly the right fix would be to redirect users landing in these Bugsquad pages under dgo to the right pages in lgo: http://live.gnome.org/Bugsquad

I've asked the Bugsquad team to deal with this bug, they will know what to do.

I'm going to mark as a duplicate of bug 306014 since we just want to nuke the page altogether.
