Description Michel Friedman 2005-05-29 17:32:10 UTC
Hi,

I'm using GTK 2.6.4-rc3 on Windows XP Home SP2.

I used the Theme Selector to choose MS-Windows as default theme. Everything
looks fine, but unfortunately, the tree view does not look like the tree view
used in Windows.

For example, start GTK+ Code Demos and Windows Explorer. Compare the left panels
of both programs. The plus and minus icons are different and the connecting
lines between the nodes are missing.

It would be nice if the original tree view could be implemented as other
application take advantage of this feature, e.g. NoteCase
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/notecase>

Cheers,
Michel

GTK-Wimp is not maintained here, so probably best to file a bug at the GTK-Wimp
website.

Thomas, please inform yourself before closing GTK+ bugs. The wimp theme engine
is integrated in GTK+ as of 2.6

Err, sorry Thomas, this was not a GTK+ bug. Making it one...

Yes, sorry, "here" meant the gtk-engines module. I'll move any future wimp bugs
that get filed in gtk-engines to gtk+.
