Description Jonathan Gordon 2005-05-28 23:14:46 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Sometimes (I'm not sure of the exact conditions, but it has happened several
times) seeking by moving the slider in the track position element does not skip
ahead in the track but actually goes to a new track. I don't know if this is a
rhythmbox problem or a gstreamer one, but I suspect the former.

Steps to reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Does this happen every time?
No.

Other information:
Running Ubuntu hoary.

Can you retest this against latest rhythmbox (0.9.2) or even CVS HEAD. If you can also try gstreamer 0.10.
Comment 2 Jonathan Gordon 2006-01-29 21:30:56 UTC
I no longer use Rhythmbox because I found it too unstable, so I can't verify whether the bug is still around. Given the age of this bug (now 8 months and a major release old) and the difficulty of reliably reproducing it, I propose closing.

Marking INCOMPLETE as per last comment.
