1.In gw win 32 client, send meeting request for 2 mail id's
2.For invited user accepts the meeting
3.as organizer from gw win32 client delete a recurring meeting
Receipient(invited) user is using evolution, when receives mail, observe in
'Calendar' folder none of the event among recurring event is deleted.

Currently if the any appointment is deleted from win32. Its not reflected in
evolution.

We need the startDay element added to view for it to be fix. The has been put in
SP1 server build. This could be fixed only for 2.4.1.
