Open image on Windows platform;
Modify it (just touch by any tool);
Minimize to tray;
Use right mouse button on it;
Select close;
Nothing happens.

Now you can't restore or close window.

As I understand, somewhere GIMP asking, that image was modified, and sugests
save it before close. All this hidden from user.
