Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a folder in browser mode.
2. Bookmark the folder by selecting Bookmarks Menu/Add BM...
3. Check BM menu again... the entries have been somehow confused with the
history from the Go menu!!  And there are a few duplicates.
