Please describe the problem:
successive right-clicing of large files in nautilus makes them disappear. Size
of the order of >2,5 Gb

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click the file several times
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
the clicked item disappears (and reappears with Ctr-R

Expected results:
obviously the item should not disappear

Does this happen every time?
yes
