Description of Problem:
The session login splash screen hangs for approx. 2 minutes on the proxy
thing. After that period the next icons appear and the session is being
set up correctly

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. just logging in

How often does this happen?
Every time when logging in.

Additional Information:
I never had this problem before. Till a few days ago,
then I changed my splash screen, but since then it
hangs on every splash screen (also the original)
