Last modified: 2008-01-15 12:53:30 UTC
Distribution/Version: 10.3.5 1. Open a file 2. Press the + key to zoom in 3. No effect 4. Press the - key to zoom out 5. No effect
Works for me.
Works for me as well but could be a problem with GDK or the X11 server. Xavier, please add more information such as what X server you are using, what version of gtk+ and which keys exactly you are using (modifiers?).
The X Window System X11 1.0.1 - XFree86 4.3.0 Copyright 2003 Apple Computer, Inc Copyright 2003 XFree86 Project, Inc I installed the binaries of Gimp. I do not know where is located GTK on MacOS X. I use the key + and - of the digital pad.
You could at least tell us where you got your binaries from.
http://gimp-app.sourceforge.net/ My version is the 2.2.3. If you want I can download the latest version 2.2.6.
I downloaded the 2.2.6. from the site http://gimp-app.sourceforge.net. I noticed that I can zoom in if I press on SHIFT=. I can zoom out if press on - (on the top line of the keyboard). This is wired because I already tried those keystokes with the previous version. But it would be more user friendly to use the keys of the numeric keypad.
Feel free to reassign the shortcuts to the numeric keypad. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 121597 ***
