Description:
Description of Problem: I can't correctly add a new view card in the
Address Book. After give the name of the new view, when I try to edit it,
nothing appening


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to address book
2. Display>Active view>Define view
3. Add new view
4. Name it "test"
5. Select it and try to edit it

Actual Results: nothing appening


Expected Results: a configuration windows should appears


How often does this happen? every time since evolution 1.x
