Description of Problem:
the network locations do not keep their configuration when change from
one to another one

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In System menú, Admin, Network (I feel it, I have ubuntu in Catalan)
make a new location and configure the Internet Modem acces.
2. Test this and run fine
3. In same place make anothe network location (for ADSL conection in
office)
4. Activate this last one and test it. All run perfect.
5. Change the ADSL network ubication (in System menú, Admin, Network)
for network place.
6.- Don't run.

Actual Results:
when changing of location in System/Administration/network does not keep
the data from connection and it does not work.
