Say, you are browsing a wikipedia page
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Python

Now the user replaces 'Python' with 'Perl' to get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perl

Now if he press Ctrl+Enter, the 'Perl' wiki page must open in New tab (just like
in Firefox)

Otherwise, the user need to copy the whole URL, open new tab, paste it, modify
and press Enter.
