1, Make sure that there are multiple contacts, say 10 contacts.
2, Adjust the size of the window to make the srcollbar visible.
3, Start evolution and go to the contact part for the first time.
4, Use TAB KEY to navigate to contacts which are invisible, that is, out of the
current view.

Expected result:
User could navigate to contacts which are invisible

Actual result:
User can not navigate to contacts which are invisible
